libdrm instructions

Description
Noted in the libdrm instructions:
1) It says to ensure that you have libdrm installed in the same prefix as your X Window system. Except X isn't installed yet, so how would one know?
2) Why should libdrm be installed in the X location? What's wrong with /usr? We install freeglut in /usr and it is more X'ish than libdrm.
Feel free to close this bug as wontfix if these items are of no concern.

Set with default installation prefix to /usr. No need to have libdrm in xorg's prefix.
