Description
Recently there was a bug identifying that packages needed to have mention of a test suite, or lack of one. Most of the packages have this mention. For those that don't, a comment was placed into the top of the file reminding the next editor who touches the file to add the mention of, or lack of, a test suite to the instructions.
The new Xorg modular instructions don't have this comment, or any mention about test suites. Perhaps there may even be some, now that they've gone completely autoconf/automake.

All generated makefiles contain a 'check' target. Unfortunately, they simply target check-am > all-am, and do no checking of the package. Added the "These packages do not provide test suites" notes to each page. Fixed in r6102
