Xorg-7.4 Patchlevel Updates

In between major Xorg releases (e.g., Xorg-7.1 -> Xorg-7.2), individual packages are updated and released. While updates in the major and minor version of the packages (x and y in package-x.y.z) has proven to be unstable, patchlevel upgrades (z in package-x.y.z) add security and bug fixes that would be beneficial to the book. The process is described more in depth here:

The idea is that a list of patchlevel updates in between major Xorg releases can be maintained here so the editors can update individual packages as time and testing sees fit.

xsetpointer-1.0.1 needs inputproto-1.4+, which is an Xorg-7.2 update. Don't use this version of xsetpointer until Xorg-7.2.

I added a set of updates about a month ago in r6893. The note above about xsetpointer still stands. The necessary inputproto changes won't go in until Xorg-7.3.

Also, libXfont-1.2.9 isn't being used. The developer realized that it added a new large new feature and immediately re-released it as 1.3.0. So, we'll stick with 1.2.8 until Xorg-7.3.

As I mentioned on the list a few weeks back, I'm punting these updates. They can be applied later, or rolled into an Xorg-7.3/7.4 update. I've put specific security issues in #2513.
