Version increment to 3.0.2.

We may want to wait as 3.0.3-rc1 is also available.

The default prefix was changed, so we need to pass "--prefix=/usr".

Two more environment variables (LOGNAME and TZ) can be used in a cron job.

also needs --sysconfdir=/etc.
