GCC - gjar requires zip/unzip

Update dependencies when BLFS updates GCC in the book. gjar will not build without zip and unzip, as a result, you cannot build the java compiler in-line during LFS build. Since the testsuite cannot be used for error checking, single build recipes break using the LFS book instructions. This would have created quite a mess to get out of without logging of the installed files.
