Remove G-Wrap from BLFS

Description

I'm not sure we need to keep the old G-Wrap package in the book any longer. See: ​http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/general/gwrap.html

Older versions of GnuCash required it, but no longer. At this time, there are no BLFS packages that use G-Wrap as a dependency.

I'll wait for input from others before anything is done.
