Updated and committed libsoup-2.26.3 1 of 11 tests failed (timeout-test). Problem is with second part of that test, i.e. ssl. Will retest with LFS 6.5.

Also, did not include &gnome-version; in urls. That would break everything else. Don't know how to approach this?

Good point about the gnome-version in the URLS. And good for you remembering it. I am going to post to -dev about GNOME and a possible solution. See my post over there as an answer to your last comment.
