LOGDIR envar isn't needed in the Makefile.
All packages are unpacked, and the sources directories deleted, outside chroot.
Added echo_message to Chapter06 targets.
Fixed the 067-readjusting target creation.
Added -x tu the du command to skipp kernel filesystems (I think).
Sourced envars from inside the chroot command.
