Logging installed packages, stamp files, <require> — at Initial Version

Description
For start, everything should be at the backend's side. Frontend will just send control messages to the backend, when needed.
As discussed already, we could use only package log files, no need to use stamp files too.
Instead of ~/nALFSrc, /var/log/ALFS (for example) can be used.
