Ticket #6247: p7zip_9.38.1-update-v2.patch

This is an updated version of the patch to fix the issues that Fernando and I discussed related to an unnecessary comment and fixes the file size. The SBU value remained the same, and I tested it on multiple systems (1 i686 and 1 x86_64).
