/etc/wvdial.conf, /etc/ppp/* wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf wvdialconf will test that you have a working modem, try and determine it's exact setup and then ask you some questions regarding your ISPs phone number etc. You will then need to enter that information into the /etc/wvdial.conf file.
