Add back the capitalisation. It doesn't hurt the package, makes it look nicer when reading. I recommend we keep the capitalisation as it is as long as packages have the recommended pkgname-pkgversion title. For new packages, let the editor choose capitalisation. LFS capitalises package names, too.
