The GNOME Panel package contains libpanel-applet-2 libraries and applets. libpanel-applet libraries allow development of small applications which may be embedded in the panel called applets. Applets included are Workspace Switcher, Window List, Inbox Monitor, Clock and 'Wanda the Fish'.
