Update to GNOME platform packages gcr,
gjs, gnome-backgrounds, gnome-bluetooth, gnome-desktop,
gnome-keyring, gnome-online-accounts, gnome-settings-daemon,
gsettings-desktop-schemas, libgweather, libsecret,
nautilus, yelp-xsl, and zenity. Partially fixes

Add gexiv2 now required by nautilus.

Update to evolution-data-server-3.28.0.
Update to gvfs-1.36.0.
