    <title>Installation of LAME</title>

      First, if you are using i686, fix a compile problem inroduced by
      <application>&gcc-490;</application>:

      <option>sed -i -e '/xmmintrin\.h/d' configure</option> : with
      gcc-4.9.0, 32-bit i686 builds fail in <filename>xmm_quantize_sub.c</filename>
      with an error message <literal>error: inlining failed in call to always_inline
      '_mm_loadu_ps'</literal>. This sed makes it appear as if
      <filename>xmmintrin.h</filename> is not present. Do not use this on other
      versions of gcc, or on x86_64.

      of the encode-to-RTP program.
