      <application>Gobject Introspection</application> bindings and is
      required if building <application>GNOME</application> Desktop.
      Remove if you don't have <application>Gobject
      Introspection</application> installed or you don't want to install
      <application>GNOME</application>. It is not needed if building
      against <application>GTK+ 2</application>, although it can be used
      if desired.
