Now, as the root user: make install --libexecdir=$(pkg-config --variable=prefix ORBit-2.0)/lib: This parameter causes the libexec files to be installed in the preferred location of $GNOME_PREFIX/lib/evolution instead of $GNOME_PREFIX/libexec/evolution. --enable-nntp: This parameter is used to build the Usenet news (NNTP) backend. --enable-nss: This parameter is used to pull in the Mozilla Network Security Services libraries for SSL support. --enable-smime: This parameter is used to pull in the Mozilla Network Security Services libraries for S/MIME support. --disable-nm: This parameter is used to disable NetworkManager support. Remove it if you have NetworkManager installed. --disable-image-inline: This parameter is used to disable the image-inline plugin. --disable-pst-import: This parameter is used to disable the pst-import plugin. --with-openldap: This parameter will compile LDAP support into Evolution. --with-krb5: This parameter will compile Kerberos5 support into Evolution. --with-pilot-conduits: This parameter will build the GNOME Pilot conduits allowing you to synchronize Evolution data on a Palm device. --with-kde-applnk-path=<$KDE_PREFIX/share/applnk>: Use this parameter if you want the installation process to create a .desktop file in the KDE global desktop file directory.
