The xbacklight line has been commented out since BLFS 12.0 (because it's
not useful without xf86-video-intel, and it does not work at all on most
GPU models even with a DDX driver). DEs like GNOME and XFCE are
directly operating /sys/class/backlight instead of using xbacklight.
Now a year has passed and let's finally remove it.
