x7font: X11-{OTF,TTF} symlinks are only for [ XORG_PREFIX != /usr ]

If [ XORG_PREFIX = /usr ] , the symlinks causes duplicated entries in
fc-list output.

TODO: should we just link "X11" directory instead of creating two links?
