pciutils: minor tweaks throughout the page.

  • Remove /usr/share/hwdata from the installed directories
  • Add the pcilmr command and add a description for it
  • Remove the ZLIB=no option from command explanations since we're using the hwdata package instead or using pciutils' pci.ids file.
