gimp: Tweak dependencies

Add gtk3 as required (well this is the main reason we use a GIMP dev
snapshot but it's missing!)

Remove libjpeg-turbo because it's pick up via gtk3 -> gdk-pixbuf ->
libjpeg-turbo.

Promote gvfs to Recommended (runtime) and add glib-networking because
gvfs do more things than allowing to view online help, and the upstream
INSTALL file says the distro should make these GIO module providers
recommended.
