Note: Don't remove installed programs, libs or directories if you are not sure they are still built if the (optional) dependency is present. Also, just go ahead and delete parts instead of commenting them out - if necesary they can be still put back since they can be found in blfs-book archives. Fix/cleanup some unnecesary instructions.
