parted-3.2: remove test t0251-gpt-unicode.sh.
Update to gdb-7.8.
Update to libndp-1.4.
Update to gpgme-1.5.1.
Update to dhcpcd-6.4.3.
Update to cups-1.7.5 and separete internal from external optional dependencies.
