Various nits and fixes:
-hdparm: choose to make second method "nodump"
-kf5-frameworks: recommend kf5-intro
-nfs-utils: make /etc/exports example "nodump", and add "cat..EOF" instructions
-lightdm: change bridgehead, so that greeter is recognized as additional
