appears to me that e2fsprogs got left out of chapter 5 building tool chain.

while still in chroot env I built and installed e2sprogs from chapter 6.43 and
coppied libuuid.so.1 and libuuid.so.1.2 -> /tools/lib/ went back to chapter 6.8
