This issue does not occur when accessing the equivalent remote page e.g. url = [http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/systemd/index.html]

After spending hours on this, I'm still in two minds if this is a epiphany bug or a bug in the way the BLFS book is generated. I have no issue with the LFS book.
It is all to do with the special characters like the copyright character.
