Works for me with --enable-a52 --enable-pp --enable-gpl

There was a reference on (german) suse lists where --enable-a52 --enable-a52bin
--enable-pp --enable-shared-pp --enable-mp3lame  broke the build, and in that
case the remedy was to omit --enable-pp --enable-a52bin.

didn't find anything else relevant.

I'm not using --enable-mp3lame here, but maybe the warning could be reworded to
advise people that if it breaks with --enable-a52 they should try playing with
--enable-pp or --enable-shared-pp or --enable-gpl ?
