It seems to be a known problem as described in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/beta/show_bug.cgi?id=144358 and other places, and as
suggested there, I installed a newer version of gcc (3.4.4 20050415-prerelease)
and dhcp-3.0.2 compiled fine then.

I know, that BLFS advises to install gcc-3.4.1 and then gcc-3.3.4, so that this
problem meight not occour then. But perhaps you can give a hint on the html-page
of dhcp.
