A new solver: dual coordinate descent method for linear one-class SVM; see the paper
The Newton solver is updated to have faster training speed; see the release note
A new option -R to allow users not to regularize bias (when -B 1 is used)
Multi-core LIBLINEAR is now available to significant speedup the training on shared-memory systems.

Could not find release notes. The library has gone from liblinear.so.3 to liblinear.so.4.
Note that the tarball contains windows exe and dll files.
