16986	Fix building libreoffice with poppler-22.09.0	Douglas R. Reno	Douglas R. Reno	"Libreoffice uses the same code as Inkscape does for handling PDF imports, and as noted at Arch Linux, it will fail to build with a similar error:

libreoffice-7.3.5.2/work/libreoffice-7.3.5.2/sdext/source/pdfimport/xpdfwrapper/pdfioutdev_gpl.cxx:682:36: error: too many arguments to function call, expected single argument 'start', have 3 arguments

This is due to the interface of the getLineDash function changing:

{{{
- void getLineDash(double **dash, int *length, double *start)
+    const std::vector<double> &getLineDash(double *start)
}}}

Gentoo has a patch, so I'll use that to resolve this problem. First though, I need to install a few dependencies.

I checked all of the other packages that we have which have poppler as a dependency and only saw this in Libreoffice and Inkscape."	defect	closed	normal	11.3	BOOK	git	medium	fixed
