The dependencies are:

- `meson-python`, a python module which teaches pip3 how to use meson.
- `pyproject-metadata`, a python module used by `meson-python`.
- `patchelf`, a small utility for handling ELF rpath etc., used by `meson-python` at runtime.  CMMI installation with < 0.1 SBU.
