1860	Simplify tcl installation	dnicholson@…	Randy McMurchy	"In LFS and DIY, the tcl installation has been simplified by using the Makefile target 'install-private-headers' that I believe was introduced in tcl-8.4.9.  While it has been pointed out that those systems are only creating tcl bindings for one package, expect, I think we should see if this can be introduced in BLFS.
