In shared-mime-info 2.4, the xmlto documentation rule was moved from
meson.build to data/meson.build. The Meson logic that detects whether
xmlto supports --skip-validation no longer works, so xmlto is invoked
without the flag.

On a clean LFS/BLFS system, xmlto fails because it tries to validate
against the DocBook 4.1.2 DTD, which is not installed. This causes the
build to abort during the documentation step.

Manually adding '--skip-validation' to the xmlto command in
data/meson.build fixes the issue.

This should either be restored in Meson’s detection logic or exposed as
a Meson option so downstream builders can enable it without patching
