I updated the bug summary and description. JRL source should hopefully be out soon. Ray Gans over at Sun is on it again for us. Will update both at the same time for simplicity.

    1 Odds aren't looking good for a JRL source release for 6u4-b12.  Thus far, my messages to Sun have went unanswered for the past few weeks concerning the missing JRL release.  Our friends over at the BSD ports will undoubtedly assist with the two security fixes, but have received the same response.  Fortunately, AFAICT, the new binary version does not depend on gcc-3.x which was one of my previously voiced concerns WRT the last missing release...and OpenJDK-6 will soon (VERY SOON) replace any need for the JRL sources and licensing.
