Above those #include's is ""#if HAVE_T1LIB_H"". So I did:

So... some references to t1lib still exist, but are commented out. I think t1lib was used to develop kpdf, but is no longer in use.

If someone can find that t1lib is still in use, then update the t1lib url to:
