2875	libjpeg-7	Guy Dalziel	Guy Dalziel	There's a new version of libjpeg, I'm not sure when it was released but it's version 7. I would like to get it in to the book but the trouble is a _lot_ of packages use it as a dependency - optional or otherwise - and it would prove a monumental task to check it against every package. I propose that we throw it in and see if any issues come up.
