3226	inetutils ping not installed	thomas	Randy McMurchy	"I was just testing some scripts building binary packages (using the DESTDIR) mechanism and I wondered why the moving of ping failed (the two ping progs wasn't created). I was using the current instructions and no ping was created so I added
 --enable-ping
and
 --enable-ping6
and than the programs were there. If the disabling of ping by intention then the book needs to be updated that ping{,6} isn't installed (as they are listed as installed programs) or otherwise the instructions needs to be updated that the ping pair gets created.
Can you verify this?
