''PKG_CHECK_MODULES'' if ''pkgconfig'' is not installed. Of course the generated ''configure'' is bogus, and bails out after a few tests.

At first, I believed it was due to the new versions of ''automake/autoconf'' recently added to LFS SVN. But downgrading to the former versions did not improve. Building ''pkgconfig'' first does solve the issue."	defect	closed	normal		BOOK	SVN	medium	fixed
