Description
- --disable-installer is no longer recognized. The only reference to an "installer" in configure is something called MAKENSISU, apparently for Windows.
- --disable-debug appears to be the default now - to build with debug symbols you must explicitly enable it.
- Necko now needs D-Bus (specifically, dbus-glib), not wireless-tools, so the line to disable necko could be moved to the same block as the --disable-dbus switch.
- --disable-mochitest is no longer recognized.

For thunderbird and seamonkey, I have no idea - I guess someone can create tickets for those packages if these changes apply there.
For firefox (without xul) I'll test if these apply (we already do not refer to mochitest there). I don't see any messages re mochitest in the xulrunner build of 29.0.1, so that part at least seems pretty benign.
