I meant to write something about the above a while back and notice they've now 
been included as optional packages for kdelibs and kdebase. The way I 
interpret things is that doxygen is used to create the api documentation for 
kdelibs and graphviz is needed for doxygen. Sitting there as optional 
packages won't do anything though since the apidocs aren't made by default. 
the following must be done before make install:

make apidox

I hate that x thing as in thanx etc, but there you go. Perhaps a note to this 
affect, since after removal of the source tree, recompilation is necesarry 
for doxygen to do it's work.
