Specifically, I usually read the book in Lynx, use the `p'rint command to get
a plain text version, edit out everything except shell commands, and feed the
result to bash.  On the console, however, lynx will introduce line breaks at
around 80 characters, so that the script has to be corrected manually.  (This
should also affect those who use gpm to cut-and-paste from lynx.)

The fix is trivial: change the script to shorter lines only, as is the case
