Description
The Python module for systemd was split off to a separate package a while ago, so systemd no longer uses lxml. The configure script does check for the lxml Python module, but it's never used elsewhere. Python itself does appear to be used, though it looks like it's only for the testsuite - it's not needed at all for building and installing.
