I think I saw reports about breakage with 1.1.30 on -dev last week, one has now bitten me. Trying to build lxml (both 3.8.0 and 4.0.0) 

Using build configuration of libxslt 1.1.30
ERROR: /usr/bin/xslt-config: line 96: --cflags: command not found

Arch add a line to configure.in with a patch at ​https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/plain/trunk/0002-Set-XML_CONFIG-in-the-pkg-config-path.patch?h=packages/libxslt

I'm sure we'll be using a sed.
