new point version. Minor changes for LFS, it seems: 

    Fix 'missing select.h', 'undefined sigprocmask' compiler errors (Hexagon)
    Update README about bugs reporting and new releases notification
    Workaround misspelling in GCC to detect ARMv6KZ platform
