AoTuV Encoder
An alternative encoder of OggVorbis files known as aoTuV exists that reportedly produces exceptional quality sound files. Two listening tests supporting this claim can be read here and here.
A modified version of libvorbis-1.3.7 containing the aoTuV encoder can be downloaded at https://github.com/AO-Yumi/vorbis_aotuv/archive/beta6.03-2020/AO-Yumi-beta6.03-2020.tar.gz.
