AoTuV Encoder
An alternative encoder of OggVorbis files known as aoTuV exists that reportedly produces exceptional quality sound files. Two listening tests supporting this claim can be read here and here.
Libvorbis-1.1.2 contains the aoTuV-beta2 encoder. This patch provides the aoTuV-beta4.51 encoder from the author Aoyumi. It should be applied at the beginning of the Libvorbis build if the newer encoder is desired.
