WvDial
WvDial has a lot of artificial intelligence for logging into PPP servers through UNIX-style menus. But no modern ISP has such menus, because it is a pain to explain the connection procedure to a typical Windows user. For logging into such Windows-friendly PPP servers, WvDial's intelligence is not needed at all. A simple chat script is sufficient, as explained on the PPP page.
