Update to libpipeline-1.4.1.
Update to linux-4.1.6.
Update to man-db-2.7.2.
Add a patch to allow glibc to build properly on i386 systems.
Remove obsolete r* programs from inetutils.

39 or through a reboot, ensure that the virtual kernel file systems are mounted
