Revert "openssl: Add a warning about minor version bump and OpenSSH"

This reverts commit ad09ba40a1d521857bf440b093167d91e5172f04.
This reverts commit bbaf00d41541380665f0b146d60d12afb44cc62b.

No longer needed with OpenSSH-9.4 or later.
