'scd[0-9]*' devices to the 'cdrom' group, which doesn't exist.  This normally
doesn't cause much of an issue, but if one has openLDAP installed it ends up
doing a network lookup to try and resolve the group...not nice!  It seems to me
we have 2 options here:

1) Add a 'cdrom' to /etc/group
2) Don't assign 'scd[0-9]*' devices to the 'cdrom' group.
